- Independently lead IT projects from conception to completion - Advise and support specialised divisions in defining requirements, designing processes, and selecting IT solutions - Test, pilot, and initiate the use of new technologies, particularly those based on AI - Successfully manage procurement projects in compliance with public procurement law (LMP and OMP) and support the drafting of contracts with IT suppliers - Ensure compliance with quality and conformity requirements in both development and operational environments - Develop IT solutions that effectively support specialised divisions in their environmental work
What makes you unique
- Degree in computer science or business informatics, or solid comparable professional experience in the IT field - Experience in business analysis as well as in defining and structuring technical requirements - Knowledge of project management methods (HERMES, Scrum) and IT frameworks (ITIL, TOGAF) - Enthusiasm for new technologies, especially the practical use of AI tools in daily work - In-depth technical knowledge in software development, cloud infrastructures, or IT operations - Active knowledge of a second official language
