It’s an exciting time to join Ogury! As the Field Marketing Manager in the CE region, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the company\’s brand presence, developing and executing marketing strategies, and collaborating effectively with both local and global teams.
The successful candidate will bring a unique blend of strategic vision, tactical execution, and a proven track record in hyper-growth environments. The core focus of the role will be to craft and implement high-impact marketing activations that transcend industry norms, while working on elevating standards and driving innovation in every facet of our marketing efforts – that will not only grab attention, but also leave a lasting impression.

This role will report into our Senior Manager, Field Marketing EMEA, based in Milan- Italy. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Cologne office.
What you will be doing:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the German and Eastern European markets, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Create and execute a strategic vision for field marketing that aligns with the global marketing objectives.
- Collaborate seamlessly with both local and global teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing strategies.
- Work closely with sales, product marketing, communications and other departments to integrate field marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Drive the development and localization of marketing materials, campaigns, and messaging to resonate with the local audience while maintaining global brand consistency.
- Build and strengthen the company\’s brand presence in the German and Eastern European markets.
- Implement brand-building initiatives across the CEE region with a strong focus on Germany, ensuring a consistent brand message that resonates with target audiences.
- Leverage a mix of online and offline channels, including webinars, workshops, industry events, and digital advertising, to maximize brand exposure.
- Utilize data to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Apply insights to refine and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Scale the brand by building clear storytelling, following a consistent and compelling narrative.
- Lead content development efforts for the region, creating engaging materials that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
About you:
- 4+ years of marketing experience, ideally with a focus on ad tech/SAAS.
- Proven track record of successfully building and scaling brands in the CEE markets.
- Strong cross-functional experience, collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Autonomous and able to work independently to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
- Excellent understanding of market nuances, particularly in the German and Eastern European regions.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.
- Experience in storytelling: drafting content that has impact.
- Proficiency in utilizing marketing automation and analytics platforms, such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems, to track and measure campaign performance.
- Experience localizing global strategies and distilling them for regional impact.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and German; additional Eastern European languages are a plus.
