Overview
In this role, you will advance the reliability of technical systems and manufacturing processes to support space launcher programs like Ariane and Artemis. You will integrate RAMS considerations into design, manufacturing, and test activities, ensuring availability, maintainability, and safety. You’ll drive preventive risk management and contribute to test evaluation, data interpretation, and continuous quality improvement. This position offers a chance to shape reliability culture within a global space company and work on high‑profile missions.

- Perform RAMS analyses for systems, components, and processes
- Lead preventive risk management activities (FMEA, FTA, etc.)
- Participate in test evaluation and statistical analysis
- Drive continuous improvement of product quality and process stability
- Chair preventive risk management meetings
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years’ experience in reliability engineering (RAMS, FMEA, risk analysis)
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics
- Knowledge of aerospace development processes and failure probability calculation is desirable
- Business-level English (speaking and writing)
- Degree in reliability engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
