HR Specialist SAP (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Management of HR IT systems in collaboration with IT and data protection.
• Planning and/or implementation of digitalisation projects in collaboration with IT and the relevant HR functions.
• Participation in the procurement process of new software solutions, considering existing framework conditions.
• Integration of new software solutions and processes into the existing IT system architecture, considering the interfaces of existing components.
• Process optimisation and automatisation in operational HR topics.
• Participation in internal and external audits by coordinating the delivery of data or the self-delivery of relevant data.
• Technical support for operational HR tasks and the collection of HR key figures.

Your Qualifications

• A completed degree in personnel management, business administration or a completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience or an equivalent qualification.
• Very good technical understanding of relevant HR applications (e.g. SAP).
• Basic knowledge of project management.
• High analytical and conceptual skills paired with hands-on mentality for successful implementation.
• Good cooperation, communication and conflict resolution skills.
• A solution- and service-oriented way of working.
• Ability to innovate.
• Broad knowledge of products and trends in the specialised field.
• Language skills in German and English.
