Your Tasks
- Accounts Payable (domestic/international), including invoice verification and master data maintenance
- Processing travel expense claims, including managing the travel expense tool
- Preparing, allocating and posting vouchers in accordance with tax law, commercial law and internal regulations
- Active involvement in projects and special tasks
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training
- In-depth knowledge of accounts payable and travel expense claims
- Good knowledge of SAP R/3 FI
- A strong aptitude for numbers combined with a structured and analytical approach to work
- A high degree of attention to detail, independence and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work well in a team and strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken German; knowledge of English would be an advantage
