Your Tasks
- Independently handling legal issues relating to national and international contract law
- Independently supporting, drafting, reviewing, negotiating and monitoring contracts in German and English
- Providing legal advice to business units on contract law matters
- Supporting the sales team in drafting quotations, taking legal aspects into account
- Supporting, negotiating and providing legal oversight of procurement contracts, as well as ensuring that project-specific client requirements are met in relationships with subcontractors
- Legal assessment and handling of export-related matters
Your Qualifications
- A successfully completed degree (at least 1 state examination) in law or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in an international commercial enterprise is desirable
- Very good knowledge of contract law
- Knowledge of export control is desirable; otherwise, a willingness to familiarise oneself with this subject area
- Experience with ESA programmes and/or national/European programmes is desirable
- Assertiveness and a structured and constructive approach to work
- Business fluency in German and English; advanced knowledge of French is desirable
- Flexibility and a willingness to undertake business travel, including abroad
