Quality Assurance Engineer - Industrialization & Satellite Production (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

DrivingQuality Excellence in Satellite Industrialization As part ofour industrialization program and the transition to high-volume satelliteproduction, you will play a role in designing, implementing, and continuouslyimproving quality processes and systems.

Your keyresponsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing quality initiatives for serialsatellite production, from initial concept through successful deploymenton the manufacturing floor
• Defining and establishing quality gates, including qualityconcepts, internal delivery agreements, checklists, and IT-supportedworkflows
• Supporting the design and build-up of a quality organizationtailored to series production environments
• Analyzing requirements and implementing quality-related IT tools,supplier interfaces, and advanced measurement systems
• Driving the gradual introduction, validation, and optimization ofnew quality solutions within development and low-volume productionprojects

QualityAssurance for Prototype and Development Programs Inaddition to industrialization activities, you will support ongoing satellitedevelopment and prototype projects by ensuring the highest quality andcompliance standards.

Yourresponsibilities include:

• Providing quality assurance support for satellite integration andtesting activities in accordance with aerospace industry standards
• Verifying compliance of components, assemblies, documentation, andmanufacturing processes
• Performing visual, mechanical, and documentation inspections onsatellite hardware and assemblies
• Reviewing inspection results and granting approvals for subsequentintegration and testing phases
• Working in cleanroom environments and supporting shift operations,environmental test campaigns (thermal vacuum, vibration, EMC, etc.), andlaunch preparation activities
• Supporting customer-site and launch-site activities when required

Your Qualifications

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- undRaumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbarentechnischen Fachrichtung
• Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung und/oder imQualitätsmanagement von Serienproduktionen; Erfahrungen in Ramp-up- oderProzessentwicklungsprojekten sind von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowieEntscheidungsstärke und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Analytische Denkweise und ein kritischer Blick auf bestehende Prozessemit dem Antrieb, nachhaltige Verbesserungen umzusetzen
• Begeisterung für Veränderungen und die aktive Mitgestaltungeffizienter und skalierbarer Produktionsprozesse
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie im Einsatz modernerKI-gestützter Arbeitswerkzeuge
• Erfahrung in der Analyse, Aufbereitung und Präsentation technischerund projektbezogener Ergebnisse
• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise, auch inanspruchsvollen Projektphasen
• Hohe Flexibilität sowie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen undgelegentlicher Schichtarbeit
