Financial Controller (m/f/d)

We – MT Management Service with locations in Augsburg and Peißenberg – are part of the space and technology group OHB. The Human Resources, Finance, Controlling and IT departments converge centrally under our roof. With around 80 employees, we create greater transparency, ensure optimum coordination and make significant contributions to process optimization at the companies we serve, MT Aerospace and Aerotech Peißenberg.

Your Tasks

• Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with current standards
• Preparation and management of the budgeting and forecasting process
• Development and provision of all types of ad hoc analyses
• Support/review in the preparation of all types of reports
• Analysis of financial data and identification of trends, risks and potential for optimisation
• Development and maintenance of controlling tools and processes (SAP and BI tools)
• Carrying out variance analyses and deriving recommendations for action
• Interface with internal and external auditors and contact person (m/f/d) for specialist departments and management
• Preparation of presentations and reports for management
• Project work in the area of accounting and controlling

Your Qualifications

• Successfully completed Bachelor\’s / Master\’s degree or a comparable qualification
• Comprehensive business expertise and experience in controlling
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP as well as good analytical skills
• Proactive team player (m/f/d) with excellent communication
• Fluent in German and English, Czech would be an advantage
