HR Specialist SAP (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
Management of HR IT systems in collaboration with IT and data protection.
Planning and/or implementation of digitalisation projects in collaboration with IT and the relevant HR functions.
Participation in the procurement process of new software solutions, considering existing framework conditions.
Integration of new software solutions and processes into the existing IT system architecture, considering the interfaces of existing components.
Process optimisation and automatisation in operational HR topics.
Participation in internal and external audits by coordinating the delivery of data or the self-delivery of relevant data.
Technical support for operational HR tasks and the collection of HR key figures.
Your Qualifications
A completed degree in personnel management, business administration or a completed apprenticeship with relevant professional experience or an equivalent qualification.
Very good technical understanding of relevant HR applications (e.g. SAP).
Basic knowledge of project management.
High analytical and conceptual skills paired with hands-on mentality for successful implementation.
Good cooperation, communication and conflict resolution skills.
A solution- and service-oriented way of working.
Ability to innovate.
Broad knowledge of products and trends in the specialised field.
Language skills in German and English.
