Simulator Software Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Execution of software requirements engineering at technical specification (TS) level and co engineering at requirements baseline (RB) level
- Contribution to software architecture, design, and implementation throughout the full development lifecycle
- Development, execution, and evaluation of software unit, integration, and validation tests at TS and RB level
- Performance of software verification activities, such as static code and software analyses
- Creation, maintenance, and update of all required software and project documentation
- Support of the Scrum Master and Product Owner in planning and progress reporting, technical coordination of software suppliers, and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and technologies
Your Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- Solid technical software engineering skills covering the full development lifecycle
- Good methodological knowledge of the V model; specialization in areas such as software V&V or design & development is an advantage
- Knowledge of agile software development practices and methodologies
- Good understanding of relevant software ECSS standards and internal OHB processes
- Very good communication skills and strong team orientation
