Structural Dynamics Test Engineer (m/f/d)
We are looking for an exceptionally motivated structural dynamics engineer (f/m/d) to join our special-projects rocketry team. This is a rare opportunity allowing you to be involved in demanding prototyping efforts that are supported by major, time-and-cost-critical test campaigns allowing us to close short-iteration development cycles at fast pace. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic and international environment that aims for excellence by creating high-performance engineering solutions while keeping prototyping and production costs at an absolute minimum. Your Tasks
- Structural analysis and development of structural concepts for launcher vehicle design
- Definition and support of structural verification tests, including test specification, test prediction, test conductance and test evaluation
- Development and maintenance of python toolboxes for data testing post processing
- Study and development of new technique for data post processing in terms of vibration analysis
- Development, maintenance and study of coupled load analysis methodology and toolboxes
- Support for structural dynamic testing and data post processing
- Support the development of processes, tools and methods for improved efficiency
Your Qualificatons
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with strong focus on Dynamics Engineering
- Knowledge of static, dynamic and acoustic analysis
- Knowledge and experience with structural analysis software, such as Femap/Ansys/NX Nastran and NASTRAN
- Experience in data processing and analysis with Python
