#### Your Tasks - Avionics Architecture - Define and develop the avionics architecture of the satellite, covering initial sizing, trade-offs, interface budgets and HW performances - Manage the avionics subsystems during detailed design and testing phases as design authority - Programmatic responsibility of the avionics subsystems and corresponding teams, direct reporting to satellite project management - Data interface management and control on physical level and across the protocol stack - Data Handling Subsystem - Design and specification of the data handling subsystem - Evaluation of technical proposals from suppliers - Technical officer guiding the unit procurements throughout the lifecycle (from conception, through design and implementation phases, until unit-level verification) - Data handling subsystem integration into the spacecraft - Unit- and subsystem verification #### Your Qualifications - A degree in engineering with a major in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or compatible qualification - Professional experience with satellite projects in phase B/C/D - Self-managed, proactive and solution-oriented working style - Ability to team leadership as well as work in a multi-cultural team - Fluency in spoken and written English - Fluency in German is desired (Language skills can be improved through company-facilitated trainings)
