Your Tasks

• Join our team and take charge of recruiting and supporting dual students, interns, bachelor\’s and master\’s candidates, and high school students. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating job postings
• Managing applicant communications
• Conducting interviews in both German and English
• Drafting offers and contracts

• Administering company-wide educational programs
• Supporting the onboarding process for new hires
• Providing general administrative support

Your Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in business administration, (business) psychology, social sciences, or similar fields
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Eagerness and enjoyment in learning new topics
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills
• Enjoyment of teamwork and communication with internal and external stakeholders
