To strengthen our team in Mainz-Kastel, we are looking for dedicated and motivated „Auszubildende zum Industriekaufmann/-frau (m/w/d)“.

Then you are exactly right at Honeywell-Elster. You will be integrated into the workflows of our company, as practical training takes place in various departments. There, you will gain experience and knowledge in areas such as corporate organization, materials and production management, human resources and sales management, distribution, marketing, and information management. This will enable you to perform various commercial tasks in an industrial company using modern communication and media techniques.

The theoretical training takes place at the vocational school in Wiesbaden. Throughout the entire training period, you will also receive practical instruction.

Your training lasts three years and regularly starts in September 2025. With particularly good performance, you can shorten the training period.

Your Profile

• Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Abitur
• Commercial and mathematical understanding and interest
• Reliability, accuracy, and diligence
• Enjoyment of teamwork in a leading and innovative global company
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
