This position reports to:
Warehouse/Internal Logistic Manager
Your role and responsibilities:
- Supporting the topics of occupational safety and process improvement
- Processing of delivery jobs with prioritization
- Pre-packing the order volume and picking sequence, incl. GLS decision
- Calculating the transport volume and coordinating with the shipping companies
- Control of picking capacity per storage area and coordination of personnel deployment in collaboration with the foremen
- Ordering consumables (Smart Buy)
- Support in the processing of error messages (Babtec, SalesForce) and inventory
- Checking customs documents
Qualifications for the role:
- Completed commercial training and basic technical knowledge
- Good knowledge of SAP and TAUDAS (order picking software)
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- High ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English
