Sales Support Specialist (f/m/d) – Automation Systems

This position reports to
Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
- Providing support for customers and sales for DCS & HSI (800xA Operations, Melody, AC800M), Controller, Cabinets, Network components and I/O’s in the service region east.
- Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs.
- Coordinating a medium size order preparation team.
- Preparing standard quotations including various engineering, installation, material, and commissioning packages.
- Be part of a final contract negotiation team.
- Offering resources and spare parts for all site service jobs.
- Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.
Qualifications for the role
- Several years of experience in Automation in an EPC Project environment.
- Knowledge of process control technology.
- Sound knowledge of office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to travel mainly within eastern Germany.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A completed degree in engineering/Technician or similar.
- Fluency in German and English – both spoken and written.
