To strengthen our client's team, we are looking for a 5-axis CNC Setter-Operator meeting the following profile:5-axis CNC Setter-Operator- Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) in micromechanics / polymechanics or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC setting in a high-precision environment (watchmaking, medical, micromechanics)- Proficiency in 3 and 5-axis CNC centers- Excellent knowledge of Willemin-Macodel / Chiron / Robodrill machines- Ease in milling complex parts with tight tolerances- Mastery of blueprint reading and dimensional control (manual & optical)- Autonomous, precise, rigorous, curious- Analytical mind, sense of continuous improvement (5S), and good team spiritPrepare, set up, and put into production parts on 3 and 5-axis CNC centers (Willemin-Macodel 408B - Fanuc / Chiron - Fanuc & Siemens / Robodrill - Fanuc).Prepare tooling, optimize settings, and guarantee perfect quality from the first part.Read and interpret technical drawings, process sheets, and quality standards.Manufacture specific fixtures for machining.Produce small series and high-precision individual parts.Perform self-inspection using standard measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, Marcel-Aubert).Collaborate closely with the Quality Control and Production teams.Intervene occasionally on Bumotec S92, Crevoisier, and BC Technology (mechanical engraving) machines.Propose continuous improvements to optimize setup times and quality. jid7315f39aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
