As part of a permanent full-time position, we are looking for one of our clients in the canton of Fribourg for a: Experienced Bilingual Project Manager (French/German)
Bilingual Project Manager
- Trained as a civil/building engineer or architect (HES - EPFL) - At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar position within a general/total company in Switzerland applied to similar projects. - You are versatile and proactive - You know how to manage projects by setting priorities for your contractors and collaborators - With good interpersonal skills, you know how to advise and support clients throughout the construction process - You have good knowledge of SIA, AEAI standards and occupational safety regulations. Good knowledge of housing regulations (RGL) is also desired - You are proficient in office, design, cost study and planning software (Messerli, MS Project, AutoCAD...)
- Lead the teams of contractors from the preliminary phase to the building permit, in close collaboration with the client - Prepare calls for tenders - Negotiate with companies - Coordinate the various project partners - Manage relations with authorities and the client - Ensure the economic and financial monitoring of your project, respect deadlines and optimise costs - Lead a team of one or more site managers depending on the size of the project - Be responsible for the safety and environmental aspects of the project - Receive the work until the removal of reservations
