Building Technician Transformation Renovation
- Diploma as a ES Technician, Civil/Building Engineer or equivalent training. - At least 5 years of experience in site management on structural work projects - Solution-oriented person with a high level of initiative - Autonomous, reliable and project-oriented - Willingness to commit long-term to a company that will value your daily investment
Your mission:
- Preparation of quotes, tenders, measurements and invoices, site monitoring and personnel management - Participation in site meetings - Client management - Responsible for the quality, deadlines and costs of projects - Planning and management of construction sites - Development of construction methods - Research of technical, innovative and effective solutions - Develop relationships with contractors and project owners
Required skills:
- Technical expertise in structural work / building (masonry, reinforced concrete) - Planning, phasing of operations - Priority management - Good negotiation skills - Team leader - Proficiency in office software (MS-Project, Excel, Word, Internet) - Knowledge of a site monitoring programme
