Buyer (M/F)
- Recognised training in purchasing, supply chain or procurement, such as CAS, federal diploma, HEG / HES or deemed equivalent - Experience in industrial purchasing, ideally in a technical industrial environment - Strong theoretical background in purchasing and mastery of business tools: sourcing, tenders, supplier analysis, negotiation, contracting, TCO, KPI and ERP / SAP - Ability to structure purchasing processes and apply methods acquired through training, beyond purely practical experience - Rigour, analytical mind, autonomy, cost and deadline awareness, as well as good prioritisation skills - Languages: French, German or English

As part of strengthening the purchasing team, you will be involved in purchasing in an industrial environment. In liaison with internal teams, you will participate in the deployment of purchasing methods and tools, supplier monitoring and optimisation of costs, deadlines and performance, while prioritising customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities:
- Participate in defining and deploying the purchasing strategy according to the company’s objectives - Manage the supplier panel: sourcing, qualification, approval, performance evaluation and dispute follow-up - Optimise purchasing conditions, negotiate prices, deadlines and contracts, and contribute to securing supplies - Manage tenders, carry out comparative analyses and monitor purchasing indicators to improve supplier performance - Conduct ongoing market watch to anticipate product, supply and demand developments - Provide operational support to purchasers and project teams through your expertise in purchasing methods and tools
