- Recognised care assistant title or CFC care and support assistant, Red Cross certificate or equivalent. - First successful experience in a nursing home highly desired. - Excellent adaptability to different homes and family contexts. - Geographical mobility: driving licence and private vehicle essential. - Initiative, patience and empathy.
- Contract: Permanent contract at 80% - Ensure residents' hygiene and comfort care. - Participate in meal distribution and assistance with food intake. - Accompany residents in their daily and social activities. - Report observations to the care team (oral and written reports). - Ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
