Successful experience in team management and activity coordination.
Strong technical skills in taking measurements and monitoring construction sites.
Excellent sense of service and customer relations.
Commercial ease and a taste for business development.
Ability to work independently while uniting teams.
Organisational skills, rigour and entrepreneurial spirit.
Good command of IT tools.
Driving licence essential.
Supervise, motivate and coordinate a team of 4 to 5 collaborators.
Active participation in administrative organisation in collaboration with the site manager.
Organise and plan interventions to optimise resources and deadlines.
Carry out technical visits, take measurements and conduct feasibility studies.
Prepare quotes and advise clients on the choice of suitable solutions.
Develop and retain a portfolio of private clients, architects, property managers and companies.
Ensure active prospecting and represent the company with its partners.
Supervise construction sites, installation quality and respect for deadlines.
Provide technical support to installation teams.
Manage supplier orders as well as site follow-up.
Participate in the administrative and operational organisation of the site.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality and internal procedures.
