Chief Operating Officer (COO) - Thailand Expatriation
Desired profile Industrial, strategic & pragmatic leader
- Proven experience of at least 15 years in industrial/manufacturing operations, gained in a demanding manufacturing environment, with a strong industrialisation culture; experience in watchmaking or dials is a decisive asset. - Strong experience managing large teams, ideally around 200 employees or more, in a demanding and performance-oriented production environment. - Mastery of industrialisation challenges, manufacturing excellence, Lean management, supply chain, engineering, quality, capacity planning, budget management, ERP, compliance and industrial safety. - Ability to translate strategic and financial objectives into concrete roadmaps, operational indicators and actions understandable by frontline teams. - Natural leadership, strong managerial presence, ability to develop a culture of performance, resilience, accountability and continuous improvement. - Excellent level of English, strong financial culture, analytical mindset, results orientation and ease in solving complex problems.

Main responsibilities Operational Excellence, Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Define and deploy short and medium-term operational strategic initiatives, in line with the group’s growth, revenue and profitability objectives. - Supervise Production, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality activities to ensure achievement of operational objectives, on-time deliveries and expected quality standards. - Optimise allocation of human and technical resources by strengthening industrialisation, planning, capacity and order prioritisation processes. - Manage industrial performance through KPIs, OEE, OTIF and quality indicators to quickly identify gaps, bottlenecks and corrective actions. - Deploy a Lean and continuous improvement culture aimed at improving efficiency, reducing production costs, waste, defects and rework, while sustainably increasing productivity. - Ensure rigorous management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets as well as cost optimisation, working capital and ERP-supported processes. - Guarantee a safe working environment, compliant with internal and external regulations, international quality standards and ethical manufacturing requirements.
