Commercial and Research Project Manager

For a permanent position, the OK Job Xpert department is looking for a Commercial and Technical Project Manager to manage offers in close collaboration with the design office.You hold an HES engineering degree or equivalent and have 5 to 8 years of experience in a similar role within a General/Total Contractor in French-speaking Switzerland, particularly in the canton of Geneva.Possessing analytical and synthesis skills, you demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and adaptability in all circumstances.You are highly proficient in standard industry tools (Messerli, MS Project).- Performance-oriented with a focus on quality work.- Ease of communication and benevolence.- Excellent listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.- Business acumen and a drive to seek opportunities.- Interface between the Technical Design Office, the Legal Department, the Divisions, and Management.- Development of the real estate stakeholder network in line with the commercial strategy (Project Owners, AMO/RMO, architects).- Preparation of files for presentation to Management during internal closings and during tender submissions.- Management of offers and defense of these before Project Owners and partners.- Coordination and updates for teams.- Participation in events aimed at building customer loyalty and promoting the Company's image.- Ensuring the Company's representation at events.- Monitoring trends and the evolution of the market and the institutional context related to real estate development and translating this into objectives and action plans.Please note that we will only respond to applications that meet the job requirements within 10 days.
