Community Health and Care Assistant at Home
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC). - Previous successful experience in home care or in nursing homes (EMS) highly desirable. - Excellent adaptability to different homes and family contexts. - Geographical mobility: driving licence and private vehicle essential. - Initiative, patience and empathy.
- Provide basic care and delegated medical-technical acts (injections, dressings, blood sampling, etc.). - Support beneficiaries in daily living activities and ensure their physical and psychological well-being. - Observe and report changes in health status in the electronic care record. - Work closely with nurses and other health partners (CMS, doctors, families). - Participate in maintaining hygiene and the patient’s immediate environment.
