We are looking for an experienced specialist capable of mastering and optimizing production flows linking electroplating, CNC machining, and varnishing, in order to guarantee the quality, reliability, and performance of the processes.Dial Specialist - Thailand- Proven experience in the production of watch dials, with a very good understanding of production and finishing stages- Solid knowledge of the interactions between electroplating, CNC machining, varnishing, and other critical processes related to the dial- Experience in analyzing production sequences, technical problem solving, and industrial process optimization- Ability to understand the links between processes, to identify root causes, and to propose effective corrective actions- Field-oriented mindset, rigor, autonomy, attention to detail, and ability to work with multicultural teams- Ability to transmit know-how and support teams in skills development- Professional English appreciated- Provide your expertise on the dial production sequence, particularly its interactions with upstream and downstream processes- Ensure the proper technical coordination between electroplating, CNC machining, and varnishing, which are critical stages of dial production- Analyze the interfaces between the different processes and propose concrete solutions in production- Participate in the definition, implementation, and optimization of industrial sequences in order to make the production flow more reliable- Contribute to the maintenance of production standards, the reduction of deviations, and the continuous improvement of quality and lead time performance- Advise and support field teams in understanding the interactions between processes and in implementing best practices- Work closely with the Production, Quality, Methods, CNC, Electroplating, and Varnishing departmentsThe advantages- An incredible experience in Thailand within an industrial environment- A key technical role at the heart of the critical stages of dial production- Very good conditions jidd6ee4acaen jit0729aen jpiy26aen
