EXPORT Agent - 100% Watchmaking - M/F
- First successful professional experience, preferably with a freight forwarder - Mastery of various export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, CITES documents...) - Comfortable with computer tools - Available immediately
Ensure the administrative, documentary and logistical management of export operations, from issuing regulatory documents to monitoring shipments, ensuring compliance with customs, legal and commercial requirements of destination countries as well as the quality of service provided to internal and external customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES Export operations management
- Handle export files from the Sales Administration (ADV) and After-Sales Service (SAV). - Organise shipments by sending instructions to carriers and freight forwarders. - Issue EUR.1 certificates of origin and any other documents required according to the regulatory and commercial requirements of each market. - Check all export documents (invoices, packing lists, certificates, CITES documents, etc.). - Verify air waybills (AWB) issued by freight forwarders. - Send shipment pre-alerts to the relevant ADV departments. - Ensure operational exchanges with freight forwarders and other logistics partners.
Regulatory and documentary compliance
- Carry out legalisation procedures for invoices destined for Middle Eastern countries. - Ensure export documents comply with customs regulations and specific requirements of destination countries. - Follow up on administrative formalities related to exports.
Shipment tracking
- Ensure daily monitoring of shipments until collection and delivery. - Intervene with various contacts in case of anomalies or delays. - Inform relevant departments of shipment progress.
Coordination and communication
- Maintain daily correspondence with various internal departments and external partners (freight forwarders, chambers of commerce, official bodies, etc.). - Ensure smooth flow of information related to export operations.
Reporting and document management
- Prepare the daily shipment table handed over to carriers. - File and archive customs documents and ADV BSM in the GED. - Ensure traceability and availability of documents related to export operations.
