You hold a HES Nursing diploma or a foreign diploma with mandatory recognition from the Swiss Red Cross 2 years of experience including 6 months in Switzerland You have a vehicle - Mandatory You have an excellent knowledge of the protocols and standards in force in the medical field You have skills in nursing care and basic techniques. You possess strong interpersonal and social skills with residents Sense of responsibility and solution-oriented You intervene at patients' homes to provide personalised nursing care, taking into account their physical, psychological, sociocultural characteristics as well as their family and social environment. You ensure respectful support of patients' autonomy and choices, within a caring, reassuring and calming framework. You write a written report after each intervention, detailing precisely the assessment carried out, the care provided and the decisions made.
