HR Assistant
Federal VET Diploma in Business Administration Proven experience in HR administration or temporary staff management Very good command of Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Excel; knowledge of M-Files is an asset Excellent command of French, both spoken and written Organisational skills, rigour and precision in file management Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders Good interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities and a proactive mindset Flexibility, stress resistance and ability to manage priorities within deadlines Availability for a 60% workload, with presence required on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays Within the Human Resources team, you will manage the administrative tasks of temporary employees, from their onboarding to the verification of invoices from staffing agencies. You will be responsible for contract follow-up, managing arrivals and departures, checking and validating hours, as well as monitoring any corrections with partner agencies. You will also participate in updating various tracking tools and provide administrative support to the Payroll team to ensure efficient and rigorous processing of files.
