Integrated Management System Manager
Higher technical education complemented by a specialisation in quality management, for example TQ3 or equivalent trainingGood command of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 is an assetTraining or experience in project management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholdersExperience in a similar role, ideally within an industrial environmentRigour, analytical mindset, autonomy and ease in monitoring and improving structured processes Develop and lead the Integrated Management System (IMS) to support process efficiency and continuous improvement of company practicesEnsure control of system documentation and maintain consistent updates of processes, procedures, instructions and associated recordsDefine, monitor and analyse performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement of overall performancePlan, prepare and conduct internal IMS audits, then follow up on findings and associated action plansManage preventive and corrective actions, support changes related to the management system and contribute to its implementation across different departmentsThe benefitsA position of responsibility within a structured and demanding industrial environmentA cross-functional role allowing interaction with several departments and direct contribution to continuous improvementAttractive conditions and a framework fostering autonomy and initiative jid60ed827aen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
