As a true field liaison, you organize daily activity, supervise employees, and actively participate in production, maintenance, and technical support to ensure quality, deadlines, productivity, and safety.Schedule: 2x8 shifts from Monday to Friday (5 AM - 1 PM / 1 PM - 9 PM)Main responsibilities:- Supervise, support, and develop the skills of employees: coaching, versatility, and organizing the team's daily activity according to production priorities and objectives- Monitor individual and collective performance in terms of quality, deadlines, and productivity- Foster a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented team spirit- Ensure compliance with internal rules, safety standards, and the 5S charter- Produce mechanical parts on CNC machines in milling and turning- Program parts using CAM software (ideally Mastercam)- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and production standards- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes jid060f63daen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
