For one of our clients, we are looking for a: Team Leader - MechanicsCFC in Polymechanics, machining option, or equivalent qualification = essentialProven experience in CNC machining = essentialGood CAM skills; knowledge of Mastercam = an advantageLeadership skills and a strong ability to motivate, structure, and develop a teamExperience in team management = an assetComfortable with standard tools, particularly WindowsCommitted, reliable person, comfortable in a role that is both technical and managerialThe advantages:A versatile position combining production, technical support, and local managementResponsibility for a team of approximately 10 people within a structured environmentA field-based function with a key role in quality, deadlines, safety, and continuous improvementWithin the department, you take on the operational and human responsibility for a team of approximately 10 Polymechanics. As a true field liaison, you organize daily activity, supervise employees, and actively participate in production, maintenance, and technical support to ensure quality, deadlines, productivity, and safety.Schedule: 2x8 shifts from Monday to Friday (5 AM - 1 PM / 1 PM - 9 PM)Main responsibilities:- Supervise, support, and develop the skills of employees: coaching, versatility, and organizing the team's daily activity according to production priorities and objectives- Monitor individual and collective performance in terms of quality, deadlines, and productivity- Foster a positive, collaborative, and solution-oriented team spirit- Ensure compliance with internal rules, safety standards, and the 5S charter- Produce mechanical parts on CNC machines in milling and turning- Program parts using CAM software (ideally Mastercam)- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality requirements, and production standards- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes jid060f63daen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
