For one of our clients, we are looking for a:Production Manager (mechanical, stamp maker, polymechanic or equivalent technical background)This position represents a key function within the structure, acting as a true right-hand person to the Director, with central managerial responsibility, shared only with Management, in a company of approximately 15 employees - 100% rate - Day shifts.- Confirmed experience in stamping and good understanding of CNC machining, ideally turning- Knowledge in the maintenance and monitoring of tooling- Experience in team management and leadership- Field-oriented person, organized, capable of solving problems and improving processes- Management of the production plan and daily operations of the workshop- Supervision and support of a team- Oversight of stamping, CNC machining (turning), and inspection activities- Role of right-hand person to management and monitoring of priorities- Resolution of technical field issues and support to teams during setups- Optimization of flows, production methods, and correction of malfunctions- Management, monitoring, and ordering of tooling necessary for production- Monitoring of quality, deadlines, safety, and performance- A key, stimulating position with a high degree of autonomy- A dynamic technical environment close to management- Good working conditions jidbb7379baen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
