Quality Improvement Officer M/F 100%
- Degree in Quality or Industrial Performance (Technician, Engineer, Master/Bachelor) - Minimum 5 years experience in quality improvement within an industrial environment, watchmaking is an asset - You have knowledge of MRP software, SAP knowledge is an asset - Knowledge in blueprint reading, dimensional and sensory control - Good knowledge of project management and ability to lead sessions and groups - With good interpersonal skills, you are recognised for your analytical and synthesis skills - You know how to manage priorities and demonstrate responsiveness, while showing rigour and autonomy - Thanks to your natural leadership, you enjoy sharing your experiences and knowledge, thereby contributing to the development of the team
Quality Procedures and Follow-up Coordinate and lead a continuous improvement approach of the processes in place and ensure their validation Handle internal, external, and client non-conformities by analysing causes and implementing corrective, curative and preventive actions. Trigger a possible non-conformity treatment procedure Implement problem analysis and resolution approaches Monitor and lead action plans following audit findings (process audits) As part of the validation of specific means (such as control fixtures / manufacturing fixtures) carry out Reproducibility and Repeatability R&R studies Participate in the specifications of new means and validate them from a quality perspective Monitor components in production (conduct capability studies on critical dimensions identified during industrialisation reviews) Validate and monitor prototypes, pilot runs in relation with the Control departments, subcontractors and Clients.
Key player in the implementation and monitoring of the company’s Quality indicators Client Contact Participate in client offer reviews for quality aspects Manage client relations on quality matters Quality Support
Implement methodological support on Quality tools and approaches Actively participate in the capitalisation and dissemination of knowledge and know-how Train people in the use of quality tools (Non-conformity, document management, procedures)
Quality Projects Participate in company projects (QRQC, 8D, 5S) Project leader and contributor for the implementation of a quality software Capitalize and implement tools aimed at improving processes
