This opportunity is for you.Waterproofing Team Leader- Proven experience of several years in the field of waterproofing.- Successful experience in team management on construction sites in the Geneva area.- Excellent command of waterproofing techniques and materials.- Sense of responsibility, leadership, and ability to motivate a team.- Autonomy and knowledge of safety rules on construction sites.- Training in the building sector and if possible, a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a waterproofer.- Supervise, organize, and lead a team of waterproofing installers.- Plan interventions and distribute tasks on site.- Read and interpret plans as well as technical files.- Ensure the execution of waterproofing work on roofs, terraces, balconies, and buried structures.- Supervise the implementation of bituminous membranes, synthetic membranes (PVC, TPO), resins, and liquid systems.- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.- Monitor the progress of work and guarantee the conformity of the site.- Manage the follow-up of the site and supplies.- Be the primary contact for the site manager and other stakeholders on the construction site. jid2b68ff1aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
