- Lead data integration efforts to ensure seamless data flow within Salesforce Education Cloud related to student information.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and document data mappings.
- Work collaboratively with technical and non-technical staff across university departments.
- Expertise in Salesforce architecture, API architectures (REST, SOAP), SQL, and data transformation protocols.
- Provide end-user support including ticket handling, training, and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with relevant experience; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Administrator; experience with Data 360, Snowflake, AWS S3, and integration platforms like Informatica, Axiom Elite is a plus.
- Full-time remote position with hiring range $105,000-$115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Position requires a criminal background check and effective communication skills across organizational levels.
