ppJob Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant /ppDuration: Immediate Start until the end of March 2027 /ppLocation: Baden (50% on site) /ppBudget: Up to 1000 CHF per day /ph3Background /h3pOur client is seeking two external Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultants as temporary support following an employee departure. The resources will restore capacity for the daily operation of SAP SuccessFactors and support the rollout and implementation of key HR modules and related projects. /ph3Tasks /h3ulliSupport the daily operations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and ensure reliable service delivery in line with agreed SLAs. /liliSupport the rollout of Performance Management and Goals and Succession modules, as well as the Compensation implementation planned from February 2027. /liliAct as a competent contact and customer advisor for specialist departments across the organisation's companies in Switzerland and abroad. /liliAnalyse business and technical issues and requirements and support their implementation in SAP SuccessFactors. /liliMonitor and troubleshoot interfaces between specialist departments, SAP SuccessFactors, the product manufacturer, and external implementation partners. /liliProvide second- and third-level support, including the analysis and resolution of incidents and malfunctions. /liliSupervise HR data flows and maintain replication interfaces to other SAP systems, including interfaces that bring finance information such as cost centres into SuccessFactors. /li /ulh3Experience - Skills/Experience Required /h3ulliMinimum of 5 years of project experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors. /liliHands‑on experience in application support for SAP SuccessFactors. /liliKnowledge of SuccessFactors implementation procedures, requirements management, and test management, ideally in cloud projects. /liliTechnical knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration, interfaces, and end-to-end integration. /liliSolid experience with Employee Central. /liliExperience with Performance Management and Goals and Compensation modules. /liliAbility to analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions. /liliExcellent communication skills for working with Business Process Owners, Business Process Champions, key users, and external implementation partners. /liliUniversity degree in business administration or business informatics, or equivalent relevant professional education. /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliFluent English required; Spanish and German are advantageous /li /ulh3Experience - Additional Skills (Desirable) /h3ulliExperience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management and subsequent module implementations. /liliStrong ownership, responsibility, and accountability, with the ability to deliver both short- and long-term solutions. /liliCustomer satisfaction orientation and commitment to high-quality service delivery. /liliCollaborative mindset and strong team-player skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
