You would have responsibility across multiple Agile teams and Product Owners, with a strong focus on resource planning, delivery, stakeholder management and ensuring priorities stay aligned with the wider business. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLeading and coordinating multiple Agile teams and Product Owners /liliOwning resource, capacity and delivery planning across teams /liliManaging dependencies, risks, priorities and delivery across short- and longer-term horizons /liliActing as a senior point of contact for clients and managing escalations /liliWorking closely with senior stakeholders across technology and the business /liliImproving delivery structures, ways of working and team effectiveness /liliEnsuring teams remain focused and aligned to business-critical objectives /li /ulh3About You /h3pThey're looking for someone who has led multiple teams and is comfortable operating across technology, delivery and client management. /ppStrong SAFe/Agile experience, resource and capacity planning, and the confidence to deal directly with senior clients are important. /pulliExperience leading multiple Agile teams and Product Owners /liliStrong SAFe/Agile experience /liliExperience with resource, capacity and delivery planning /liliStrong stakeholder and client management experience /liliConfident managing senior client escalations /liliStrong understanding of delivery structures and ways of working /liliGerman and English are mandatory /liliFrench is an advantage /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
