Overview As Team Lead, you will guide a technical team responsible for delivering and evolving Microsoft infrastructure services. You will keep Windows Server, Active Directory, cloud services, and identity platforms secure, available, and performant. You’ll provide hands-on technical leadership on projects, upgrades, and operational improvements, while mentoring engineers and coordinating priorities with stakeholders. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning to ensure reliable business-critical infrastructure. You’ll contribute to shaping a modern Microsoft environment in a growth-focused Swiss organization.
