h3Change Manager - HR Transformation - Zurich - Contract /h3pLocation: Baden, Switzerland (Hybrid - 50% onsite / 50% remote) Contract: 16 November 2026 - 31 January 2028 Workload: 80-100% (4-5 days per week) Languages: German and English /ph3Day to Day Responsibilities: /h3ulliDevelop and implement change management strategies and communication plans across multiple HR IT projects. /liliPlan and deliver training to support the adoption of new systems and processes. /liliGather and analyse user feedback, monitoring adoption and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. /liliSupport quality assurance and testing activities, including test planning, execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). /liliCoordinate the identification, tracking and resolution of issues and defects. /liliWork closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions. /liliSupport project go-lives and ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working. /li /ulh3Ideal background / Experience: /h3ulliAt least five years' experience in project management, ideally leading HR IT implementation projects. /liliA strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, time management, payroll, learning and development, and workforce planning. /liliExperience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR/payroll, SAP Time Management or comparable HR technology solutions. /liliProven experience delivering change management activities within complex IT or business transformation projects. /liliStrong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills. /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. /liliA degree in HR Management, IT, Business Administration or a comparable qualification. /liliFluency in both German and English. /li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ulliOrganisational change management experience within HR technology implementations, particularly SAP or SAP SuccessFactors programmes /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
