Change Manager - HR Transformation - Zurich - Contract

Location: Baden, Switzerland (Hybrid - 50% onsite / 50% remote) Contract: 16 November 2026 - 31 January 2028 Workload: 80-100% (4-5 days per week) Languages: German and English

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans across multiple HR IT projects.
• Plan and deliver training to support the adoption of new systems and processes.
• Gather and analyse user feedback, monitoring adoption and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Support quality assurance and testing activities, including test planning, execution and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate the identification, tracking and resolution of issues and defects.
• Work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Support project go-lives and ensure a smooth transition to new ways of working.

Ideal background / Experience:

• At least five years' experience in project management, ideally leading HR IT implementation projects.
• A strong understanding of HR processes, including talent management, time management, payroll, learning and development, and workforce planning.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR/payroll, SAP Time Management or comparable HR technology solutions.
• Proven experience delivering change management activities within complex IT or business transformation projects.
• Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in HR Management, IT, Business Administration or a comparable qualification.
• Fluency in both German and English.

Nice to have:

• Organisational change management experience within HR technology implementations, particularly SAP or SAP SuccessFactors programmes
