ppbJob Title: /bCutover Lead - SAP S/4HANA Transformation /ppbType: /bImmediate start until the end of January 2027 (extension likely but not guaranteed) /ppbLocation: /bHybrid - 3 days on site in Bern /ppbHourly Rate: /bUp to 120 CHF per hour dependant on experience /ppWe are seeking an experienced Cutover Lead to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, managing the development and coordination of cutover work packages across multiple business functions. /ppThis role is responsible for ensuring a structured, coordinated and successful transition from SAP R/3 to S/4HANA, working closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and the wider cutover organisation. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLead and coordinate the development of cutover work instructions and operational workarounds. /liliPlan and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and subject matter experts. /liliEnsure quality, completeness and consistency of work packages, including cross-functional dependencies. /liliMonitor cutover timelines, milestones, risks and escalations. /liliCoordinate activities across PPM/PS, EAM, Logistics, Purchasing and Finance. /liliRepresent the business division within the wider transformation and cutover programme. /liliCommunicate decisions, requirements and risks to relevant stakeholders. /liliAct as the central point of contact between the business and the cutover organisation. /lili10+ years of experience delivering complex transformation projects. /liliStrong background in project, programme or transformation management. /liliProven experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives. /liliExcellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliStrong risk management, escalation and decision-making capabilities. /liliAbility to work under pressure, manage competing priorities and drive execution. /liliVery good German and good English language skills. /liliCutover experience within SAP transformation or S/4HANA programmes. /liliKnowledge of SAP Activate or comparable transformation methodologies. /liliUnderstanding of freeze periods, quality gates and phased go-live approaches. /liliConceptual knowledge of SAP modules including PS/PPM, EAM/PM, MM/PUR, SD/LOG and FI/CO. /liliExperience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project or similar project management tools. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
