**Senior IT Leader – Support / Systems – Zug – English & German Speaking

This is an interim contract opportunity**
A global investment firm who deliver high-quality returns for its impressive portfolio of investors are looking for an experienced IT Leader to head up a new IT function in the Zug office.

The Company have an extremely impressive, global presence and have created a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values innovation, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Within the role, we are looking for someone who can do more than just solve technical problems – you will own the IT function and communicate with senior leaders in the wider, international group.

You\’ll work closely with upper management to improve processes, ensure smooth operations, all whilst supporting end-users across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch technical support to end-users in a professional and approachable manner.
Assist with maintaining phone coverage to ensure help desk operations run smoothly at all times.
Prioritise and resolve high-priority issues efficiently, adhering to the escalation process.
Monitor the incident queue to ensure tickets are assigned and processed without delay.
Create and maintain technical documentation, and proactively share knowledge across the team.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
Participate in IT projects, whether locally, regionally, or globally.
Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and technical expertise in all interactions.
Take responsibility for projects and processes as directed by the management team.
