Senior Growth Marketing Analyst

The Performance Marketing Team is responsible for the direct marketing channels SEA, Paid Social, Affiliate, Programmatic, and SEO. As a central part of the team, you will contribute to the growth strategy and help drive new customer acquisition. The team’s goal is to raise awareness of the business’s products and guide potential customers through the funnel.
Responsibilities
- You will be the data‑driven sparring partner and support strategic decisions with well‑grounded analyses across various channels (e.g., SEA, paid social, email, SEO).
- You will create and automate reports and dashboards (e.g., in Excel, Power BI, Cognos, or Tableau) and monitor key marketing KPIs from traffic and CPA to retention rates. You prepare complex data so it becomes understandable as clear and actionable stories for marketing and management teams.
- You actively drive the expansion and continuous optimisation of our tracking setup (GA4, GTM, etc.).
- Based on funnel analyses, you identify growth levers along the entire customer journey and contribute your analytical expertise to forecasts, budget planning, and the further development of attribution models.
- Competitive analysis and market observation are also part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- You have professional experience in marketing analytics or data science, ideally in a B2C or e‑commerce environment.
- You are proficient in Excel, SQL, Python, and SPSS and can handle large, structured, and unstructured data sets.
- Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, attribution models, and modern tracking setups are familiar territory for you.
- You have already worked extensively with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and have a keen eye for data visualization.
- Excellent communication skills in German and fluent written and spoken German.
