This is a senior, hands‑on role with real ownership – developing and shaping the global insurance platform.Responsibilities- Analysing and implementing the insurance Group components within the Swiss claims landscape- Defining local architecture and required enhancements- Guiding and supporting developers across multiple locations- Ensuring high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practice- Working closely with stakeholders to align global standards with local needsTech & ToolsJava, REST, Spring, ABS, CISL, Git, JUnit, Jenkins, JIRA, Eclipse / IntelliJWhat we're looking for- Strong experience as a Solution Architect- Solid Java background (Java 12+), Spring / Spring Boot- Experience with OSGi / Eclipse Plug‑ins- Comfortable working in international, distributed teams- Confident leading technically and pushing delivery forwardDesirable- Claims domain knowledge (Motor / Claims processes)- Camunda- Azure / Cloud exposure- Ability to do business in German#J-18808-Ljbffr
