You work with cross-functional teams to deliver governance, risk, and regulatory solutions at strategic and operational levels. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Frame hypotheses and initiate research to solve client problems
- Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and guide junior consultants
- Plan and execute analyses and craft recommendations
- Collaborate closely with clients and project teams to advance projects
- Manage small teams to deliver work on schedule
- Contribute to design and implementation of risk governance and measurement frameworks
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 2-6 years of relevant FS consulting or banking/FinTech experience
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, finance, or economics
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Business fluent in German & English
- Strong quantitative thinking and problem-solving ability
