Zentrale Anforderungen

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in a quantitative discipline, with strong academic record
• Data-driven mindset and ability to explain complex data concepts to clients
• Proficiency in Python or R, with eagerness to learn more technologies and methods
• Strong teamwork and resilience in a dynamic environment
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients
• Business fluency in German and English
• Interest in or experience with financial services and risk management is a plus
