Overview
In this role you will drive operational transformation for clients, delivering sustainable performance improvements across sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, and digital operations. You will lead workstreams, solve complex problems, and collaborate with clients and senior teams to turn insights into actionable recommendations. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Deliver client engagements and own major workstreams from problem framing to recommendations
- Solve complex problems independently with rigorous analysis, synthesis, and client-ready outputs
- Collaborate with clients and senior team members; coach junior colleagues
- Assist Associates in breaking down problems, planning analyses, and guiding junior staff
- Plan and execute analyses, identify core issues, and craft suitable recommendations
- Lead small teams to move projects forward and manage priorities
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in top-tier strategy consulting or industry operations
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to leverage analyses to identify trends and present recommendations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English and German
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program
- Willingness to travel
- Proactive, curious, and able to generate novel ideas to solve client problems
