Verantwortungsbereiche
- Deliver client engagements and own major workstreams from problem structuring to recommendations
- Solve complex problems independently, managing priorities and ensuring rigorous, actionable outputs
- Collaborate closely with clients and senior team members; coach junior colleagues
- Assist Associates in planning analyses and guiding small teams to move projects forward
- Contribute to problem framing, synthesis, and delivery of recommendations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of relevant experience (top-tier strategy firm or inhouse strategy/organisational performance)
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with ability to leverage sophisticated analyses
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in formal and informal settings
- Fluency in English and German
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program
- Willingness to travel
