Overview
In this role you will help drive technology-led transformation for clients, bridging strategy and hands-on delivery. You will join the Tech Innovation team within Performance Transformation, shaping IT strategy, efficiency, risk, and data/AI initiatives to unlock measurable value. You will lead workstreams, analyze complex problems, and deliver actionable recommendations in collaboration with clients and the broader team. - Take ownership of major workstreams from problem structuring to final recommendations
- Solve complex client problems with rigorous analysis and synthesis

Zentrale Anforderungen
- At least 3 years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in strategy or technology-focused roles
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities to identify trends and craft recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in formal and informal settings
- Fluency in English and German is required
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top program
- Willingness to travel
- Proactive learner with ability to initiative and apply existing skills to new problems
