The Organisational Performance team (within the Performance Transformation practice) assists our clients in designing, activating and sustaining high-performing organisations so that they can achieve their strategic goals and deliver lasting business impact. Our approach combines rigorous organisation and operating model design with people-led transformation and change management, helping clients build the right structures, capabilities, behaviours and performance disciplines to succeed in complex transformation environments. Our core work is divided into 4 pillars: Organisation & Operating Model Design: Support clients in designing target operating models, strategic organisational structures, accountabilities, roles and skills, location models and workforce plans that strengthen organisational health and enable future growth. Organisational Efficiency: Help clients improve organisational cost, performance and transparency through efficiency diagnostics, cost and FTE benchmarking, spans and layers analysis, G&A cost reduction, finance and HR transformation, Global Business Services design and sustainable cost management. Change Management and Transformation Success: Enable clients to deliver successful transformations through people-led change, transformation set-up, transformation office design, change effectiveness diagnostics, leadership engagement, communications strategies, workshops and activation programmes. Culture, Behaviour and Change: Support clients in shaping the culture and behaviours required for transformation success, including culture assessments, behavioural change capabilities, leadership activation, leadership assessment, cultural integration and scaled engagement interventions. Our team is seeking extraordinary individuals with deep expertise in organisation design, operating model transformation, efficiency improvement and people-led change to support our continued expansion in this high-growth area. What You Will Do Experienced professionals bring us the know-how to make lasting change for our clients and our company. We position ourselves as a pure player in strategy consulting. We provide deep industry- and discipline-specific knowledge and expertise, which amplifies our impact and helps us shape the future for our clients. Oliver Wyman is a diverse, entrepreneurial, non-competitive partnership of individuals who like to pursue new opportunities or build a unique franchise doing what they do best in a collegial, fun environment. ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive. It’s a role that demands thought leadership at the strategic level – and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships. What You Will Bring At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization) or with industry experience from a strategy department or inhouse consulting with a focus on organisational performance Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to conduct and leverage sophisticated analyses to identify trends, draw conclusions and present recommendations Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings Fluency in English and German language is required An undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program Willingness to travel Know how to take the initiative, seeking out opportunities to learn new skills and put the ones you’ve already got to good use Not just intelligence, but creativity too: you’ll be ready to come up with novel ideas to solve our clients’ biggest problems Have an aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge A willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team OLIVER WYMAN VALUES Be brave We stand behind our beliefs while exploring what drives them. We stand up for what is right and persevere through difficulty. We venture into the unknown, staying open to our greatest possibilities. Lead with heart We build relationships with clients and colleagues that last, grounded in transparency, authenticity, and trust. We love what we do and have fun while we do it. And we combine this passion with rigor and skill to drive sustainable performance. Strive for breakthroughs We bring deep expertise and profound curiosity to the pursuit of ambitious ideas and uncommon insights. We ask bigger questions, seek diverse perspectives, and challenge ourselves to find the most powerful and sustainable solutions. Work as one We succeed as a unified team of colleagues and clients, achieving together what separately would be beyond our reach. We care for and develop one another. We learn from differences, overcome divisions, and celebrate our shared achievements. Own our impact We act as entrepreneurs and stewards of the firm. We own the journey, acting with integrity at every step. And we own our impact, holding ourselves to the highest standards to deliver stronger results for our clients, better opportunities for each other and lasting change for society. Balanced lives We value people whose lives balance work and non-work activities because we believe they are both more interesting colleagues and are able to make better contributions to the Firm. We push ourselves hard to deliver excellence, but we also work to extract the maximum benefit from the flexibility of a project-based business. We provide the ability to take career breaks for personal or family reasons. We fundamentally value each other’s time and are sensitive to how it is used. We are an output not input-based culture, have respect for people’s personal decisions, and believe that one’s workload must be sustainable. We seek balance for ourselves and our colleagues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
